Policies

1. Quiet Environment
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that all clients speak softly and silence their phones while inside the studio, when other clients are receiving services. 

2. Lateness Policy
If a client is running behind, we will contact them via text and phone call within the first 10 minutes. The service may be shortened based on our schedule. If needed, they have the option to reschedule for another day. 

3. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeat offenders will be blocked from booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

5. Booking & Deposits
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

6. Health & Safety
For the safety of all clients and staff, we ask that anyone feeling unwell reschedule their appointment. Clients with certain medical conditions should inform us prior to their service.

7. Age Requirement
Clients under the age of 16 years old receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  A Minor Consent form must be signed by parent or legal guardian

8. Personal Belongings
Marlene’s Skincare Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables at home or with you at all times.

9. Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable.

10. Refund Policy
All service sales are final. If you experience an issue with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
